Customers can contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately in the Contact form.

- Go to our contact us link and describe the issue in detail including the reason why you wish to return the item, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect or not as described items.

- Once we receive the above information, we will review your case and offer you a solution
- Our policy time frame for refund or exchange is 30 days after the purchase date, after that we can not offer a refund or exchange.
1- Our responsibility:
- We offer full refund if you do not receive your order guaranteed
- If our company is responsible for the issue like wrong product, defective or damage , wrong size, etc. We will allow a return to us and we will provide a shipping label for the return product and the refund. After you received your label you will have 14 days to ship the product to us.
We can allow a return on products if the customer wants to return the item for other reasons .
All shipping fees for the return are at the customers own expense and are non-refundable. USA customers will be provided with a shipping address and customer should send the return item to that address with tracking number to have a record .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original product packaging with all tags, unwashed, unworn or damaged on purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that have been worn, damaged or has the tags removed.
Non refundable items:
For sanitary reasons , we do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, some health and personal care items, cosmetics, undergarments, underwear clothing, hosiery, etc.
